Another Google Reader Malfunction

Well, just a day before i wrote about the Funniest Google Pic and seems like today also, i have a similar post to do. Well, i just logged into Google Reader and saw the following.
The story about Cancer warning to kids was presented a lot many times than usually. Being a regular reader of Wired, Slashdot and techcrunch, i know there are many redundancy in their stories, but i did not expected this redundancy in same feed.
It could be a malfunction of Wired feeds or who knows Google.
